At UniqueStorePK, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that every product you receive meets your expectations. However, if there’s an issue, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • You contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.

2. Items That Are Non-Returnable

  • Used, damaged, or broken items caused by misuse
  • Items without original packaging
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Items purchased on clearance or during sales (unless defective)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at contact@uniquestores.pk or 0341-9691707 within 3 days of delivery.
  2. Share your order number, reason for return, and photo/video proof (if applicable).
  3. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return process.

Note: Return shipping costs may be covered by the customer unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

4. Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued via bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or as a store credit, depending on your preference.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered. Contact us immediately if you need an exchange.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank or wallet account again.
  • Contact your payment provider — it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us directly.
